An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Doncaster Council’s Early Intervention & Prevention Team as a Family Lead Practitioner to undertake whole family assessments, family plans and chairing Team around the Family meetings. Providing high support and challenge, ensuring measurable and improved outcomes for children, young people and adults within the family unit.
