Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Term-Time Only

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalised support to students, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
2. Assist teachers in delivering creative and inclusive lessons.
3. Build strong, supportive relationships with students, ensuring they feel secure and valued.
4. Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback to encourage development.
5. Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare in line with school policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
6. Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher.
7. GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or 4 and above).
8. Experience working with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, and ASD is a strong advantage.
9. Solid knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
10. Ability to manage challenging behaviours and promote an inclusive learning environment.
