In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our learners, providing support and assistance with their inquiries, orders, and concerns. Exciting Opportunity
As a customer service representative, you will assist with processing exam registrations and support adult learners in obtaining the qualifications they need. Proficiency in using a computer is essential, but training will be provided for all relevant software. You should be confident in phone communication, writing emails, and maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. Your support will be crucial for learners as they pursue important courses and exams.

Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:45-5:15
Saturday availability during peak season
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
