About the Role: Leadership of SEND provision: Overseeing and developing inclusive practices across the school. Staff development: Supporting and coaching staff to improve their knowledge and confidence in supporting pupils with SEND. Strategic input: Working closely with senior leadership to ensure SEND remains a core part of the school’s vision and development plan. Full responsibility: Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, overseeing EHCP processes, and coordinating support for pupils with additional needs. What We’re Looking For: A qualified SENCO (or working towards the SENCO qualification). Proven experience in leading SEND provision in a school setting. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and up skill staff across all levels. A collaborative approach, with a passion for ensuring every pupil thrives.
