POSITION OVERVIEW We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Ritz Restaurant Department as a Commis Sommelier. As a Commis Sommelier, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' dining experience by assisting the Head Sommelier and the team in delivering exceptional wine service. You will also support the team during service by recommending wines to guests, offering pairings that complement our menus, and ensuring that each guest's experience is memorable and tailored to their preferences. Ideal candidates will have a passion for wine, a keen attention to detail, and a desire to grow their knowledge and skills in a luxury dining environment.
