Contract: Fixed Term 1 year Hours: 20 per week Allens Croft Primary School is a diverse, fully inclusive two-form entry school, with three Resource Base classes, set in extensive grounds in the Kings Heath area of Birmingham. We are looking to appoint committed, enthusiastic, reliable and caring Family Support Worker to work with children and their families during these challenging times. This is a varied role that focuses in particular on supporting and promoting the safety and wellbeing of our children and their families. The job purpose is to ensure effective advice, guidance and support for families, children and young people in order to encourage engagement, raise standards, aspirations and facilitate academic progress. You will have experience of making referrals, undertaking home visits and providing practical help and support to families.
