Hours per week: Mondays and Fridays 10am - 3:30pm.
Hourly pay rate: £11.44
My son is 36 years old and has Social and Learning difficulties.
He is a very placid man and has a love for Woodcraft. The job entails planning what he will make at his woodwork sessions so if you have experience in Carpentry or just a love of Woodcraft that would be great, although previous
experience is not essential. There are other member of the team at the Men's shed who can also support with woodworking.
The role will include making suggestions and supporting him with the things he
wants to make. The location will be in Men’s Sheds. He also enjoys playing pool so it would be lovely for you to engage in that together.
A driver with access to a vehicle and full UK driving licence would be preferable but not essential
Candidate qualities:
