The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are currently working with a large international client, who are currently experiencing a huge growth period, and have no plans of slowing down. Due to business demand and growth, my client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Customer Service and Sales team on a full time, permanent basis.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will report directly into the Sales Director and be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring that you deliver an exceptional service, and all administrative duties are completed to the highest level.
Your daily responsibilities could include the below:
- Managing a shared internal inbox from customers, ensuring that these are actioned within agreed timeframes.
- Arranging product samples to be sent out to new and existing customers.
- Sourcing, raising, and providing customers with competitive market quotations, ensuring that you provide expert advice on best suited products.
- Sharing across any successful leads or accepted quotations across to the internal sales team for them to start the sales process.
- Ensure that all customer account records are maintained accurately on a shared internal database.
- Maintaining stock levels.
- Pulling and sharing across reports to senior management on performance.
- Providing additional administrative support to the Sales Manager and wider Customer Service & Sales Support team in busier periods.
The successful Administrator will ideally have experience within a similar position as listed above, however, as long as you have Administration experience and a passion for delivering a first-class customer service then this could still be the right opportunity for you!
