Job Summary: Support national charity projects, cultivate lasting connections with supporters, and manage multi-channel campaigns across direct mail, email, digital, and telemarketing platforms.
* Support various projects across Individual Giving, including direct mail, email, digital, and telephone campaigns
* Engage and steward supporters, managing multi-channel campaigns across direct mail, email, digital, and telemarketing platforms
* Lead key projects, supporting and executing innovative campaigns and retention strategies with a focus on national fundraising Lottery
* Drive campaign success, managing the full lifecycle of campaigns to optimize impact and ensure each project contributes meaningfully to the charity’s goals
* Collaborate across teams, working closely with departments including Community Fundraising, Marketing, Data & Insights, and external partners to deliver inspiring supporter journeys and drive income
Requirements:
* Experience of Individual Giving fundraising or transferable experience
* Experience of supporter stewardship and retention
* Experience of either lottery or regular giving fundraising
* Experience of managing external agency relationships
* Experience of working with databases (Raisers Edge experience preferable)
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with advanced Excel experience
* Interpersonal skills, experience of working within a team (ideally across multiple teams), customer service
* Experience of working with third party suppliers and managing relationships
* Experience of developing compelling marketing materials and copy for print, web and social media
Job Details:
* Salary: £33,948 per annum
* Contract type: Full-time, permanent
* Location: London, hybrid working with 1 day a week in the office
