We have an exciting opportunity for Graduate Engineers on a fixed-term contract for 3-6 months.
What you will be doing.
As our Graduate Engineer, you will be providing engineering support to a project manager in a wide range of projects. In addition, you will:
* Provide engineering support in a range of projects in all business streams.
* Review client documentation (PID, Performance Standards, etc.), extract the required information, and report on findings.
* Assist in the development of asset hierarchies.
* Assist in the development of bills of materials.
* Provide project management support to the team on assigned projects, including research duties.
* Interrogate existing client maintenance strategies and procedures, written schemes of examination and job routines, and extraction of relevant data for incorporation into new master maintenance strategies.
* Review and approve amendments to equipment operational procedures, including, isolation standards, system and equipment testing, run to failure (RTF), etc.
* Ensure that the condition and operation of equipment are in line with overall procedures, regulations, any unit-specific procedures, and client Performance Standards.
* Develop common equipment maintenance and inspection strategies and practices, to ensure sharing of best practices across all projects.
* Recording, storing, and manipulating data.
* Help to facilitate workshops and meetings with clients.
* Where required for projects, provide on-site support to a client.
* Provide support with client tenders and proposals.
The candidate must have the right to work in Aberdeen, UK. Ability to work remotely as required with flexible working hours. The role will require Onsite (offshore) attendance and time with clients.

* Degree in a relevant subject; Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Petroleum, Chemical, etc.
* Basic understanding of the engineering industry and its various sectors.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and competent in other Microsoft products.
* Proven ability to write and format reports.
* Good communication skills.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Energetic, personable, and creative individual with high ethical standards.
* Well organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage own workload.
* Commercial and administrative acumen.
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to assimilate information quickly.
