Job Title: Bookkeeper Administrator

Salary: £27,000
We are excited to offer a career opportunity with a family-run Business in the Machinery sector for a Bookkeeper Administrator.
Role Overview:
As a Bookkeeper Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the back of house team. This position is a fantastic opportunity to develop administration skills.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Accurately maintain and update financial records, including processing invoices, receipts, and payments, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
2. Efficiently use SAGE and Excel to manage business operations, including payroll and accounting.
3. Act as a point of contact for finance-related queries from both internal teams and external partners, fostering strong relationships with vendors, clients, and service providers.

This organisation excels in providing machinery developed on a working farm by farmers for farmers. The Bookkeeper role is ideal for someone interested in supporting a successful family-owned business and is located in or around Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds.
Required Skills:
1. Strong communication and client relationship skills.
2. Proficient in SAGE and Microsoft Excel.
3. Experience within an Administrator role.
Experience:
1. 2+ Years within an Admin / Bookkeeper Role.
2. Experience within the Machinery industry is desirable but not a requirement.
Salary & Benefits:
1. £27,000 per annum.
2. Expanding skills within an Administration role.
Shift Pattern:
1. Monday – Friday, 40 Hours Per Week.
2. 5 Month Temp Contract (Extension on contract a possibility).
3. 8am – 5pm.
Working Location:
1. CB8 – Newmarket
2. Driver required due to location.
3. Fully on site.
