Responsibilities:
* Lead the transformation of financial controls, shaping governance frameworks to meet evolving regulatory standards
* Partner with senior stakeholders across UK and international markets, driving assurance and compliance strategies
* Utilise data analytics and innovative technology to modernise finance operations
* Play a key role in finance transformation and corporate governance reform initiatives
* Develop and mentor a high-performing team, making a tangible impact across the business
What we’re looking for:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent), ideally with external audit experience
* Strong expertise in financial controls, assurance, and compliance
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Ability to operate across complex, multi-entity environments
* Exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley (SoX) or corporate governance reform (desirable but not essential)
