Job Title: Children's Social Worker – Children with Disabilities Team Location: Lincolnshire Rate: £35per hour A Children's Social Worker is required to join NEL's Children with Disabilities Team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a close-knit team. As a Social Worker on the Children with Disabilities Team you will: Screen and assess the needs of Disabled Children and Young People Undertake Children and Families Assessments, Single Assessments, and complete Reports on Disabled Children Complete statutory visits, including outside of county limits Pre-Birth Assessments Complete Care Plans, some jointly with health colleagues and other multi-agency professionals Complete CIN/CP plans Complete Court Statements Manage a complex caseload under strict time-scales As a Social Worker you are required to: Hold a Social Work England registration Be eligible to work in the UK Hold a full UK licence Post-qualified experience Degree level or equivalent in Social Work Benefits: Join our team for competitive pay, flexible work arrangements, and professional development opportunities.
