The postholder will be responsible for responding to changes in procedures and IT systems and for ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the school office. As a Clerical Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Headteacher or Admin Assistant/Coordinator. Qualification, Registration and Skill Requirements You are required to have a minimum of 4 qualifications at SCQF level 4, including English and Maths (e.g. National 4, Standard Grades at General Level or O grades). Before confirming to your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
