My client offer a state of the art cleaning, security, specialist and Facilities Management & are looking for a dynamic, FM Sales leader
To define and deliver the company growth and development strategy through strategic customer relationship management, continued development of the business's facilities management capability and execution of the Sales and Marketing plan.
Role Requirements:
A recognized and successful record of operating at Exec' level in a large-scale FM sector organization.
A talent for leadership, and strategic vision coupled with strong commercial ability.
The ability to lead, direct and develop a diverse team, gaining respect by action and example, having presence, gravitas and charisma to stand out amongst others.
Proven ability to establish, develop and successfully implement business strategies that flow through to the bottom line in terms of improved growth and profits.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients at all levels.
Ability to establish high level network in the clients industry and track record of being client
facing, working with major public and 'blue chip' organizations.
