Job Description

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading our store team, coaching and supervising colleagues, and providing excellent customer service. You'll also assist with managing store operations, including stock accuracy, safety, and compliance.

We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine care for customers and colleagues. You should have the ability to strike a balance between leading and supporting your team, as well as working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
