SF are thrilled to be partnering again with a fantastic manufacturing business in Bromsgrove who are on the look out for an experienced HR Advisor to come and join their expanding team. We are looking for someone who is proactive, out-going and a skilled HR professional, someone who is confident in a fast-paced working environment who has a focused outlook. The ideal candidate for this role will come from a manufacturing or similar background and hold a CIPD 5 qualification. This business is looking for someone with strong ER case management experince specifically grevinces and diciplinarians. Day-to-Day will include; - Supporting management with full ER case management - Supporting with various recruitment needs - Supporting line managers in full case management and providing additional training to SLT for policies and procedures. - Advising and aiding managers with all aspects of the company absence policy and supporting employees back to work - Supporting on various end-to-end to recruitment campaigns, including helping to prepare job adverts, shortlisting, interviews, and HR system support - Getting involved with various project work and support the HRBP's - Producing, interpreting and analysing management information And more Ideal experience; - CIPD L5 qualification - Manufacturing experience - Strong HR generalist background - Up to date UK employment law knowledge This role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and innovative business where you will be able to gain exposure and sit within a drive team.
