Senior Product Manager (b2b) - £70-90k + 10% Bonus - b2b Data Analytics SaaS Business - Hybrid (London)
Working for a well-funded B2B SAAS vendor scale-up that was spun out of a larger group, this role involves leading the ongoing development of their core AI insight & analysis product used by financial institutions.
This full-lifecycle role involves engaging with customers to generate insight and understand their problems, developing new features and functionality, prioritising the roadmap and leading the squad.
The company has offices in central London (city), and the role is hybrid or mostly remote, with flexibility to have anything from 3 days per week to 1 day per month in the office.
The Senior Product Manager will:
* Lead end-to-end development of the product, from discovery to delivery
* Work closely with other teams, including engineering, design and data
* Build and maintain detailed documentation for all steps of the product process
* Own the planning process, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives
* Play an active role in sprint planning and refinement, with support from a Product Owner
* Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to develop business cases and validate solutions before development
* Work with customer success and sales teams to capture customer feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements
* Partner with GTM teams to ensure smooth feature rollouts and adoption
* Clearly communicate product decisions, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders
Candidates for the Senior Product Manager role must have:
* Strong full lifecycle product management experience with a B2B SAAS software vendor
* Some experience in a start-up or scale-up (i.e., not just large enterprise experience), strong sense of urgency and naturally takes ownership of deliverables
* Experience with an analytics, insight, data, AI or similar product, presenting complex data and information to business users
* Very strong communication skills to engage with customers and a range of technical and commercial stakeholders
* Any experience of Private Equity, investments, fund management, or similar is an advantage but is not essential.
