Job Description
In the role of Shoot Producer, you will work as part of the COS Creative department. You will support the team on the end-to-end production of the brand's marketing shoots.
What you will do:
1. End-to-End Production: Execute the production of comprehensive marketing imagery and video content, supporting all stages from pre-production to on-set and post-production.
2. High-Level Shoot Production: Leverage your experience in high-level shoot production, including still imagery and film, and your understanding of shoot equipment to ensure top-quality results.
3. Post-Production: Oversee post-production processes, including stills retouching, video editing and grade.
4. Team Collaboration and Relationship Building: Report to the Senior Shoot Producer and work with the production team to deliver the brand's visual identity through marketing shoots. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external photographers, stylists, and hair and makeup artists. Collaborate closely with the creative team to manage and adhere to post-production schedules and deadlines.
5. Talent and Location Sourcing: Collaborate with the creative team to source and book talent, locations, and other suppliers, fostering strong industry relationships.
6. Schedule Management: Coordinate closely with the creative team to maintain shoot schedules.
7. Budget Tracking: Utilize your expertise to monitor shoot budgets and manage invoices effectively.
8. Health & Safety Compliance: Take a hands-on approach to ensure the well-being of talent and suppliers, meeting health and safety requirements on every shoot.

1. Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in a producer or shoot coordinator role, successfully leading large-scale projects, particularly within the fashion industry.
2. Budget Management: Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets effectively.
3. High-Pressure Performance: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a high volume of work.
4. Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, ensuring projects run smoothly and on schedule.
5. Effective Communication: Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with both internal and external teams.

This is a Full time -Temporary ML 1 year contract based at our Head Office in London.
