You will work with customers from various industries and sizes, understanding their needs and challenges, and presenting them with the best solutions to enhance their productivity and efficiency. You will also collaborate with other sales teams, technical experts, and partners to ensure a smooth and successful sales cycle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate leads and qualify prospects for Teams, Ring Central and our associated services and workshops. Drive upsell from Office 365 / Microsoft 365 E3 to Microsoft E5. Work with the account management team to create and execute account plans and sales strategies that target the decision-makers and influencers within the customer's organisation. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers and stakeholders, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Microsoft Teams and Ring Central and how they can solve their specific problems and use cases. Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring that they receive the best value and service from Microsoft. Engage with the Modern Workplace specialists at Microsoft to Co-Sell. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention, by providing ongoing support, education, and advocacy for Microsoft Teams. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
