Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to join the team in the North West of England, covering Preston, Wigan, and Warrington .
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise project teams and ensure smooth execution of projects.
* Coordinate activities, timelines, and resources efficiently.
* Use Confluence, Visio, Salesforce, and ServiceNow for project tracking and communication.
* Monitor project performance and implement improvements.
* Manage stakeholders through clear communication and updates.
* Oversee daily on-site labour, including staff and contractors.
* Work with procurement teams on materials and subcontractor management.
* Ensure compliance with project completion procedures, including commissioning.
* Assist in recruiting additional project engineers as needed.
* Travel to client sites as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
* Experience in security or M&E project engineering .
* Strong client relationship and team management skills.
* Knowledge of RAMS preparation .
* One year of project supervision experience in fire and security.
* Full, clean UK driving licence .
Desirable:
* Experience in electricity substations and CDM regulations .
* SSSTS or SMSTS certification .
