What the Job Involves Managing a neighborhood patch to an exceedingly high standard and involving residents in the management through regular estate inspections. Proactively addressing potential hazards and executing actions from Fire Risk Assessments. Ensuring the speedy letting of properties in line with council and national BVPI targets. Supporting and sustaining tenancies to prevent homelessness by providing general tenancy support to residents. Undertaking all aspects of tenancy management with sensitivity and effectiveness. Case managing residents with additional needs. Taking action concerning breaches of tenancy, removal of squatters, unauthorized occupants, and authorizing successions and assignments, including attending court to give evidence. Meeting various performance targets.
