My job, Our future
We have a great opportunity for an Aftersales and Training Administrator to join our Service Department. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm and we are operating a hybrid model of working of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Here are some of the key elements of the role:
* To oversee, administer, operate, develop and maintain the Customer Satisfaction Survey on behalf of all the Kubota CSS stakeholders.
* To be responsible for the smooth and timely day-to-day running of Kubota’s ‘Customer Satisfaction Survey’ (CSS) and handle, direct and provide analysis of all related data, information, enquiries, follow-up action and feedback to the respective Kubota management, staff, departments, dealers and customers as applicable.
* To be responsible for the day-to-day running and administration of the Aftersales dealer training activities, both face-to-face at Kubota UK premises or, on occasions at other suitable training locations around the UK and any ‘online/remote’ training via our LMS platform, Kubota University.
* To collaborate with and assist in the distribution of technical information to our Dealer network and to support the department with additional admin and office duties.
* To support the Aftersales operation, to include, but not limited to, document checks and control, office administration, monitoring and distribution of incoming phone calls and incoming email traffic from generic email inboxes.
* To maintain log of purchase orders for outgoing expenditure and verify incoming department invoices.
This job offers a wide variation of tasks and challenges; therefore, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to high standards with a flexible approach to accommodate tight deadlines.
* Focused, well-organised, able to proactively plan and prioritise workload to ensure that all key deadlines are met.
* Able to demonstrate a professional approach, method and presentation given the customer-facing nature of this role and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to demonstrate the ability to manage dealer and customer concerns and product issues to a successful conclusion using empathy, mutual respect and negotiation skills.
* Given the need for ‘follow-up’ work to achieve closure and resolution, a tenacious and determined attitude is essential.
* Excellent IT skills and knowledge are essential (Word/Excel/SAP/K-Net/I.net); the ability to touch type would be an advantage.
* Will possess good numeracy and ability to calculate and check an invoice total.
* Will be comfortable and able to make a factual presentation and deal with Q&A’s.
* Will be able to explain, train and mentor others in relation to CSS, K-net, KE-Service, LMS and other Kubota business systems.
* Knowledge of Kubota dealer networks and business practices would be an advantage but not essential.
* General office work and administration experience.
