You're a team player with excellent word processing skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word. You possess the ability to take clear and concise minutes in formal settings, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate well. Adaptable and flexible, you handle the sensitive nature of child protection information with confidentiality. What the Job Involves Your primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Cared for Teams and Young Persons Team, including taking minutes at Strategy Meetings and other professional gatherings. You'll handle general administrative tasks such as typing reports and correspondence, filing and organizing records, processing mail, and managing reception duties. The role demands liaising with Social Care professionals and external bodies, ensuring information confidentiality in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Although based at Magdalen House in Bootle, operational needs may require temporary relocation across other Children’s Services sites in the Sefton Borough.
