In view of a new store opening, we are looking for our Store Manager!
Position: Store Manager (Permanent Contract, 39 hours/week, with 2 days off)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday from 11am to 6pm.
Weekend work is mandatory, with Sundays scheduled on a rotational basis within the team.

Your missions:
1. Develop the store’s performance through effective cash management and monitoring key performance indicators: sales, average basket size, conversion rate, collective goals, etc.
2. Drive sales while maintaining impeccable customer service and store image
3. Manage your team in line with Oh My Cream’s values
4. Oversee store operations (HR, stock, etc.) and ensure high-quality standards in terms of image (product presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness)
5. Ensure compliance with processes
6. Lead by example with the completion of these tasks:
1. Personalized customer welcome
2. Sales advice and customer loyalty
3. Skin consultations
4. Leading masterclasses and in-store events
5. Performing expert and customized facial treatments with Dermalogica, Tata Harper, and Oh My Cream Skincare.
6. Preparing treatment rooms: setting up beds, cleaning/disinfecting between treatments
7. Receiving and organizing restocks (2 deliveries per week)
8. Regular store inventory management
9. Ordering supplies (office materials, beauty consumables)
10. Store maintenance
Desired profile:
1. Love the world of beauty, especially clean beauty? That’s already a (huge) plus!
2. Enjoy hands-on work and have a passion for the beauty industry?
3. We’re looking for more than just a typical profile—we want a true personality who’s versatile, proactive, and loves challenges
4. Previous retail management experience is a must!
5. A beauty diploma is required!
