Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:45 - 5:00 Friday 4:00pm finish!
Location: Shipley - BD17- Hybrid working BUT only after successful training period
Salary: £23, - salary reviews in

Your duties and responsibilities:
8. Answering all inbound calls and emails from customers in a timely manner
9. Setting up new and amending old policies when required
10. Data input on internal CRM system
11. Liaise with different departments when needed in a professional manner
12. Following the complaints procedure and dealing with customers accordingly whilst providing excellent customer service
To be successful in this role, you will have:
13. Excellent Customer Service skills
14. Great communication skills both verbal and written
15. The ability to display empathy and patience
16. High level of attention to detail and organisation skills
17. IT Literate- Outlook, Excel and Word
