We are looking for a committed Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) with a specialism in SEMH to join a warm and inclusive primary school in Havering. About the Role:
As an SEN TA specialising in SEMH, you will:
• Provide personalised 1:1 and group support to students with SEMH needs across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Help students build confidence, resilience, and social skills in a structured and supportive environment.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to implement tailored support plans.
• Adapt classroom activities to meet the diverse needs of students and encourage positive engagement.
