Marketing Communications / Customer Communications Specialist -Loyalty App Contract - Role falls inside IR35 Hybrid| Reading (2 days/week in-office) Mobile Telecoms - B2C You must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for Sponsorship Hybrid role based in Reading Join the Marketing team on an exciting mission to grow and engage our customer base We’re looking for a creative marketer to help drive loyalty communications our rewards app. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling customer comms that drive app downloads, user engagement, and offer redemptions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage creative communications for the loyalty app (email, SMS, DM, app). Collaborate with teams (CVM, Marketing, Propositions) to create effective comms strategies. Write clear briefs for in-house creative teams and oversee asset delivery. Use data insights to drive marketing effectiveness and engagement. What We're Looking For: Experience in B2C customer comms / marketing. Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work in cross-functional teams. Passion for creative, customer-focused marketing.
