Job Description
* Oversee the accurate entry of customer purchase orders into the company's ERP system.
* Create and manage document work flows up to the point of delivery, as directed by management.
* Provide timely updates on any issues or delays in information flow to relevant sales and systems managers for immediate resolution.
* Ensure effective handling of client inquiries, quotations, and proposals.
* Demonstrate technical knowledge to clients, fostering confidence in the company's capabilities.
* Provide timely reports to track, monitor, and improve sales and delivery performance.
* Handle sales inquiries with accuracy and promptness.
* Manage small or designated projects to ensure products are supplied in line with client expectations and contractual obligations.
* Ensure adherence to company procedures and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Apply quality, safety, and environmental principles in daily work activities in accordance with the company's Integrated Management System.

* Skilled in developing, building, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers.
* Adept at meeting customer needs and resolving conflicts to achieve positive outcomes for both the customer and the company.
* Proficient in coordinating and managing a diverse range of processes.
* Competent in reading technical drawings to understand customer requirements.
* Highly developed analytic and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective team player with a focus on achieving company objectives.
* Able to make independent decisions when necessary.
* Skilled at solving customer application challenges.
* 3-5 years in a similar role.
* Experience in administration or sales activities linked to technical production, manufacturing and assembly plants.
