Duties:
The role of Learning and Development Support Officer within State Emergency Services (SES), DPFEM will support the management and delivery of learning and development for SES. To be successful in the role, you will have experience in the co-ordination, development, and maintenance of information systems and electronic systems as management tools. You will also be confident in communicating and problem-solving through a variety of communication channels.
As a member of the SES, you will require a forward-thinking, values-based approach. You will bring to this role initiative, skills, and qualifications in the learning and development space, and a sound understanding of working with a variety of different stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Knowledge and expertise consistent with qualifications recognised at Diploma or equivalent level.
* TAFE qualification (Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or above).
