Job Description
Role Title: Office Administrator
Purpose of the role: To perform a range of general customer focussed administration/processing duties within a team of 3 people.
Reports to: Transaction Processing Manager
Location: Bandet Way, Thame
Main Responsibilities:
Answering the switchboard and taking messages as appropriate
Greet visitors, complying with health & safety as required
Manage own and shared inbox
Process customer orders accurately and in accordance with company procedures and timescales. Follow up as necessary
Credit Control
Send customer statements
• Process invoice runs
Liaise with customers to resolve queries, referring more complex issues to your line manager
General:
Draft any routine correspondence
Undertake routine administrative support procedures, such as filing, opening post etc Provide support to line manager and other members of the team as and when needed Provide holiday cover for team members when required
Work to specific deadlines in line with the month end process
Maintain accurate records
Any other Adhoc duties
