Payroll Manager c. £56,000 DOE BUPA Life Cover As Payroll Manager, you’ll own the end to end payroll for all of our UKI colleagues (c650). You’ll deal with calculation and processing, HMRC submissions, starters and leavers alongside maintaining our payroll systems and working on updates and improvements. You’ll be responsible for managing updates to payroll systems, policies and processes, ensuring that our payroll function is continuously improving. You’ll manage one Payroll Specialist and report to our Head of HR Operations. As an experienced payroll professional, you’ll be adept at using a variety of payroll and HR systems, ideally including ADP and Workday. You’ll be a confident communicator, who is a technical payroll expert. You’ll need to be organised and efficient, ensuring that we deliver a quality payroll service for our colleagues and that queries are dealt with promptly. Three incredible brands. One brilliant team.
