As a Clinical Practice Educator, you will:
Provide face-to-face clinical training for care staff in line with the company's competency framework
Develop and deliver training presentations, lesson plans, and competency documents
Lead the implementation of a robust mandatory training programme
Maintain clinical skills lab and ensure equipment is up-to-date
Participate in the clinical on-call rota
Work closely with Nurse Case Managers to ensure quality and patient safety
Support carers' development and assess their suitability for providing care

The ideal Clinical Practice Educator will have:
A strong background in nursing and clinical education
Clinical experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care

The ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
