Talentedge HR are seeking a People Data Analyst to join a global business. This role is pivotal in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and enhance people strategies. The role is based in London with a Hybrid flexible working environment.
Key Responsibilities;
* Gather and analyse HR data to identify trends and insights.
* Create personalised People Analytics presentations for key stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to understand their data needs.
* Deliver excellence in data storytelling and visualisation.
* Contribute to fostering a data-driven culture within the HR community.
* Provide training and upskilling to HR teams on People data.
* Extract and monitor trends from people data.
* Shape clear and concise reporting tailored to various projects.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritising tasks effectively.
* Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and adhere to internal data governance standards.
The ideal candidate will be:
* Driven, analytical, and passionate about data.
* At least 3 years in a similar people analytics role.
* Proficient in data analysis and visualisation tools, with advanced Excel skills.
* Experienced in working with large datasets and capable of presenting complex information clearly.
* Familiar with HR Systems and Power BI.
* A strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively within a team.
