Salary: Up to £60,000 + £5,000 car allowance + performance based bonus
You will be working for a leader in the fire-resistant, energy-efficient claddings, internal and external refurbishment, and planned building maintenance industries. Working in both the public and private sectors to deliver tailored building solutions.
This is a full time hybrid role in which you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing day to day operations
* Project Management
* Implementation of Retrofit projects
* Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure successful project delivery
* Managing cost control
* Managing quality assurance
* Travelling to sites/office to engage with projects
Qualifications/Previous Experience:
* Previous Project Management, Operations management and Implementation skills would be ideal
* Knowledge of building retrofit processes and construction industry standards
* Problem solving and decision-making abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Work well in a team and by yourself
* Previous experience with Health and Safety regulations
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
* Level 5 in Retrofit Coordination ideal
