Your duties will include:
* Managing general maintenance both inside and outside of the hotel
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and inspections
* Working alongside various departments and communicating effectively as required
* Dealing with contractors and visitors to the hotel accordingly
* Managing the team including their rotas and training
* Ensuring all hotel systems and equipment are working efficiently and safely
We require:
* Excellent DIY skills or trade qualifications
* A keen attention to detail and ability to take initiative when tackling problems
