* Membership Growth: 30% increase in total memberships, £450,000 in revenue.
* Renewal Rates: Improve by 25% vs 2024.
* Visitor Satisfaction: Achieve a 95% satisfaction rate.
* Customer Service: reduce response times for customer queries, 100% accessibility compliance.
* Member Spending: 20% increase in catering, retail and experience sales.
* Control of labour spend: Ensure wage costs in all commercial areas are 36% or lower by utilising the T&A system to monitor wage cost vs revenue.
