Are you a qualified nurse looking for a new senior clinical lead role in a caring and supportive environment where you can lead and develop an amazing care team?
You will become an integral part of our management team at our outstanding rated Bridge House Care Home in Abingdon as our Clinical Lead. You will work alongside the Home Manager to ensure the home operates to the highest standards of professional and clinical practice. You must be a qualified nurse with excellent clinical experience and competence in catheterisation, venepuncture, syringe driver, and wound management.

About the role:
Your responsibilities include:
Managing the effective operation and delivery of the home's business plan alongside the Home Manager. Taking joint responsibility for the day-to-day management to exceed CQC standards. Recruiting, inducting, appraising, and developing the care team to ensure they are fully trained to provide the best care to residents.
Additional Important Information:
* Sound knowledge of CQC, Safeguarding, and Quality monitoring
* Ensuring the staff rota is always in place to minimize agency use
* Ensuring nursing team competence and conducting regular checks and spot checks on day and night shifts
