We are not a suit-and-tie site; we're seeking individuals who are unafraid to solve problems and document their learning experiences.
As a member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects. You will "own" products from concept, through qualifications and while in production.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, manufacturers, and clients, to ensure the successful execution of projects within established timelines and budgetary constraints.

* Develop project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
* Coordinate the design, development, and testing of components or equipment.
* Perform risk assessments, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Conduct technical analyses, feasibility studies, and performance evaluations.
* Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
* Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
* Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative work environment.
