We are partnered with a leading Building Consultancy who are now looking for an eager Building Surveyor to join their developing Southern team.

The Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to provide project and professional services to tailor their experience, all completed from their Reading or Maidenhead office.
Travel will be paid for, but will be across the Berkshire, Bucks and Surrey regions.
The Building Surveyor Role
The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a dynamic and inclusive practice, where they will support professional development, especially with becoming MRICS.
APC mentors will be provided.
You can expect to be working across Reading, Maidenhead, Oxford and Winchester, providing services on prestigious buildings.
The role offers a balanced workload, with both project and professional services. You will act as a contract administrator on projects with budgets up to £15m, while providing professional services such as defect diagnosis, dilapidation's, and pre-acquisition surveys.
Projects range between £500k - £15m.
The Building Surveyor
* Has a Consultancy / Private practice background
* Good understanding of Building defects, Dilapidation's, Condition reports, Contracts Administration, measured surveys
* Project Management would be good
* Appetite to become MRICS
* MSc / BSc in Building Surveying
* 3+ years consultancy knowledge
* Enthusiastic character
* Confident in front of a variety of clients
