Role Overview
In this role, you will:
* Lead solution design and technical analysis for D365 CRM components.
* Collaborate with offshore development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Translate business/functional requirements into optimal D365 CRM solutions.
* Drive development and coding efforts within an Agile environment across multiple workstreams.
* Adapt to evolving CRM tools and capabilities, providing training and support to team members as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/365 solutions with hands-on involvement.
* Act as a technical lead for offshore development teams, ensuring code quality through best practices and technical reviews.
* Work with advanced customizations (e.g., PCF controls, PowerApp CLI).
* Integrate business systems and manage data migration using tools like SSIS and Azure API Management Services.
* Implement and test Web APIs for seamless integration.
* Oversee CRM CI/CD deployments and participate in Agile development sprints.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to challenge requirements and achieve the best project outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience
* 10+ years of proven experience in MS Dynamics Online/365 Solution Design, with 7+ years in technical design.
* Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) and Power Platform development.
* Strong proficiency in programming languages like C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and CSS/Fluent UI.
* Hands-on experience with Visual Studio 2019, VS Code, and DevOps (ADO).
* Proven ability to extend Dynamics CRM using plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript.
* Strong understanding of distributed architecture, microservices, and data integration.
* Familiarity with Azure services and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
* Background in Agile methodologies, working across multiple workstreams such as BAU, custom projects, and bug fixes.
* Insurance domain experience (highly desirable).
