The school also has a large onsite car park for members of staff with a vehicle. Key Role Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day support to students, addressing their personal, social, and emotional needs. • Liaise with teachers, parents/guardians, and external agencies to ensure students’ wellbeing. • Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and attendance. • Contribute to the planning and delivery of interventions and support programs. • Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive learning environment for all students. • Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions. Applicants Must Have: • A genuine commitment to supporting the academic, personal, social, and emotional development of young people in a secondary school setting. • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). • Strong organizational abilities. • Experience working with children or young people in an educational or pastoral setting. • A clear understanding of child protection issues. • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
