About the Role
As the Export Sales Manager at Aimtru Brands, you will play a pivotal part in driving international growth for our ManCave men's skincare brand through traditional distribution channels.
You will work autonomously to identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture existing accounts for expansion, and represent the brand at key international trade shows.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development and Account Growth:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target international markets.
* Develop and implement strategies to expand the brand's presence in key markets.
* Nurture existing accounts to maximise growth potential and increase market share.
* Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for new and existing international markets.
Trade Show Management:
* Organise and manage the company's presence at overseas trade shows.
* Plan and execute effective pre-show, on-site, and post-show strategies to maximise ROI.
* Network with potential clients and partners at trade shows to generate new leads.
* Coordinate all logistics related to trade show participation, including booth setup, product displays, and team travel arrangements.
Order Management and Operations:
* Oversee the export sales order process, ensuring smooth execution from receipt to fulfilment.
* Coordinate with the 3PL warehouse to ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipment.
* Work with the head of accounts to manage invoicing, payments, and financial aspects of orders.
* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
Logistics and Compliance Management:
* Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to optimise international logistics.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in international trade laws, tariffs, and regulations that may impact the business.
* Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and compliant with both local and international requirements.
Requirements
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably in the beauty, skincare, personal care, or wider consumer goods industries.
* Proven track record of successfully growing sales and acquiring new business in international markets.
* Experience in organising and managing participation in international trade shows.
* Extensive knowledge of global trade practices, regulations, and distribution channels.
* Strong existing network of contacts in relevant international markets and industries.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
* Strong understanding of international logistics and trade compliance.
Nice-to-Have:
* MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
* Experience working with natural or sustainable products.
* In-depth knowledge of the men's grooming and personal care market.
* Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
* Experience in collaborating with freight and logistic providers for international distribution.
* Certifications in international trade or logistics.
* Experience with international trade finance instruments.
