An exciting opportunity for Maternity Cover has arisen in the Methodist Church in Britain Mission Team. It is a great opportunity to gain experience in supporting and assisting the delivery of a large weekend event. 3Generate is the dynamic and innovative event for 4-18 year olds, an annual weekend event for 2500 children, young people, adult leaders, and volunteers at The NEC in Birmingham.
The roleholder will be assisting the 3Generate Event Manager to work collaboratively with colleagues to provide event support for the delivery of 3Generate.
About You
Event Assistant experience is essential for this role. We are looking for a responsible and competent Event Assistant to provide a high level and timely administrative and event support, ensuring efficient and quality delivery of the event. The post holder will be enthusiastic with good time management and organisation skills. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to engage with and effectively use various web-based software tools.
