Randstad C&P are seeking a dedicated and skilled Static Maintenance Electrician to join our clients team at a large commercial property in Middlesbrough. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a 37.5 work week.
The Package:
Competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum.
8-week recurring rota, 4 days on 3 days off.
Shifts are between the hours of 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, 37.5 hours per week.
23 days holiday including bank holidays.

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
Conduct periodic inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and ensure swift resolution.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.Requirements:
Fully qualified electrician with with their NVQ Level 3.
18th Edition City and Guilds.
Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a commercial setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work shift patterns as required.
