Job Overview: As the Marketing Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive commercial strategies to enhance overall top line revenue generation via sales and marketing channels, responsible for increasing brand visibility for Consult & Medexec brands. The role is accountable to source, create and execute new revenue streams with the SLT and oversee all lead generation and digital activities, and support the overall growth objectives of the organisation. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in high-growth environments. We are seeking a commercially driven marketer that can contribute to top line revenue growth working towards an annual revenue target set by the SLT under your Marketing Director. Key Responsibilities Revenue and Lead Generation: Develop additional revenue streams. Working towards financial revenue targets set by SLT. Ownership of Business Development and Lead Generation tools. Drive effective lead generation campaigns to support the recruitment team's efforts utilising ZI and CRM. Implement targeted marketing initiatives to attract both clients and top talent. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives. Collaborate with leadership to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning. Managing the ROI for the Marketing department under your Marketing Director. Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand identity for Consult & Medexec. Ensure brand messaging resonates with target clients and candidates. Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand identity for Consult & Medexec. Ensure brand messaging resonates with target clients and candidates. Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing. Utilize data analytics to optimize digital marketing performance. Oversee and manage the CRM, driving utilisation via the Associate Director and Business Managers. Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more. Ensure content aligns with SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility. Event Management: Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences to enhance the company's presence. Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships for maximum exposure. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in high-growth environments. Strong understanding of digital marketing, graphic design, SEO, social media, and lead generation. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
