Hotel Sales Manager
Overview:
Our client are now looking for a passionate and enthusiasticSales Managerto join the team, focused on selling rooms at their Surrey Hotels- these newly refurbished hotels in Surreyhave a firm commitment to offer quality facilities and excellent customer service
They own 13 Hotels across East Anglia & Surrey- investing in F&B and room standards to create more gloriously sumptuous places to relax and stay.
The idealSales Managercandidate will have solid experience within the hospitality industry, with proven sales background, successfully selling products to corporate clients.
As theSales Managerfor a grouping of hotels, you will work closely with both Hotel General Managers, our Marketing and Commercial Teams.
It is extremely beneficial you have:
* Thorough understanding of hotel sales and revenue, preferably gained in a previous Sales Manager role
* Commercial Acumen to both understand and identify sales opportunities
* Confidence in meeting clients and closing deals whilst building strong partnerships
* Work closely with the GM and hotel management team and be committed to achieving and delivering a high levels of occupancy
* Experience using GDS and hospitality systems
* Maintain company brand standards, systems and reporting procedures
Our client is looking for aSales Managerwho:
* Can enthuse potential clients about their products and all facilities their hotels offer
* Is confident identifying and building relations from cold leads
* Has the ability to work under pressure, to meet and exceed sales targets
* works with their own initiative- an eye on upcoming trends and what our potential guests need
Due to the nature of the role you will require a full driving license- to drive in UK- and access to a car- to visit potential clients as part of your role.
This is a full-time office and field based role.
Salary Package:
They are offering salary of £50,000 per annum
