In supporting our sales process, we apply a combination of tools. Starting with the sales team forecasting and booking the business, the delivery teams planning and executing projects, and finance invoicing and reporting the numbers. Resulting in a full business information cycle. This ecosystem is partly in place but needs improvement and connecting the dots/condensing number of tools (we are integrating due to acquisitions in the last 2 years). All to make this process more user friendly for our stakeholders and add more valuable business information.
We are seeking to hire a team lead, to manage the team and to give direction to our vision of integrated business intelligence. This role involves two key integration projects:
1. Managing the team of SalesForce admins and developers, spread around the globe. Coach them in SalesForce, how to work in an agile way, working closely with the software engineering team and the business stakeholders.
2. Give direction to the development of an integrated Lead to Cash ecosystem:
1. Integration of legacy systems – with a focus on making it lean. This requires a balance of technical skills as well as challenging adjustments in the process/way of working of the business.
2. Improving the current set up – be creative in condensing steps in the business systems, to make it easier for users (efficiency) and more relevant/valuable for the business information (added value/quality).
3. Focus on sunsetting outdated systems – we want to move away from legacy tools.
4. Basic knowledge of ERP systems – not remit of the team lead, but we cannot allow silos to be developed. Fluent in communication with business stakeholders.
Required skills:
* 10+ years of experience with Salesforce & CPQ extension as well as familiarity with ERP systems required.
* 6+ years of experience in sales OPS environment.
* 3+ years of experience in managing cross functional teams.
* Ability to be a sparring partner and challenge senior business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, R&D, etc.).
* Ability to understand and deep dive into technical details when required, while at the same time doing so from a business perspective.
* Critical thinker, strong organization skills, ability to identify solutions that are well thought out and unique and deliver on all Toluna operational needs.
* Business acumen in category or service and technology related environments.
* Building bridges between stakeholders, while keeping an eye on the key objective of the company.
