Grafton Banks Finance are supporting a growing business with offices in Reigate, our client is seeking an Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis. This role will be a month-by-month rolling, temporary contract reporting into the Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support across both purchase and sales ledger. Duties may include: Raising sales ledger invoices Working alongside the Credit Controller, supporting with adhoc credit control Matching PO's to invoices Processing invoices Ad hoc finance administration The successful candidate will: Be available on immediate notice and able to start the 1st week of February Have experience using systems such as Sage or QuickBooks Ability to be in office 5 days per week
