Job Description A great and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manager, to join our established residential lettings team in Liverpool, leading our Property Management department .In 2021 The Connells Group acquired Countrywide, securing our place as the largest property services group within the UK. Our property management department plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our landlord and tenant customers receive the high-quality service they deserve, throughout their time with us.The role of a Manager (known locally as Head of Property Management), will include duties such as: Leading a team of approximately 16 colleagues Overseeing the Property Management team to ensure productivity, efficiency, and customer retention Creating a team environment that is fun and productive where colleagues support each other to achieve individual, team and company goals Leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service Engaging in and encouraging your team to develop excellent relationships with local branch colleagues Overseeing maintenance works, end of tenancy deposits, safety certification and compliance Having a sound knowledge of housing legislation and regulations to assist your team Overseeing training, development, coaching and performance management of your team to get great results Monitoring and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Identifying continual improvements areas within your department, to benefit your team and customers.
